Worst customer service that I have ever received in my life. I would give 0 stars if that was an option!They tell you they have loaner phones for when you need to file a claim and get your phone fixed but it is not true. You will go up to 5 days without a phone during a repair and they aren't going to discount your bill either!
Crappy service girls don't answer the phone to help they just talk all morning.
Was forced to migrate from Sprint. Was told that cost of package would be the same and everything would transfer. Reality is my phone bill has tripled and service has been cut off because I can't seem to talk to a real person who has the 'authority" to help me.

Worst service ive ever had took my ntelos phone in because it completely stopped working which was still under warranty the. Woman (reba) told me they couldn't replace it that i could go ahead. And switch to sprint all my stuff would switch over... Well she lied im entered a new 2 yr agreement with the same crappy phone...i called her 2 daays later to make sure it would all transfer over she told me yes it was a lie... And I've called idk how many times to never get a returned call.. And my bill is higher... So driving the hr away today to talk to somebody since they are complete lieing assholes
