It would be great to combine PetCo with PetSmart for a complete experience! Nice and clean. I think I miss a pet store experience reminiscent of a mini petting zoo, as was once had at Riverside Shopping Center years ago. World of Pets tries but you've got to get past the unsanitary nature of the place.
Adam was very observant of my studying products on the shelves and offered to help me find answers to my searching. He was very receptive to all of my questions, very patient and engaging in extended pertinent conversation, and confident in his sharing of knowledge. I love petco in general but this petco is always in dismay. It smells horrible staff are never any where to be found there for you have to hunt somone down to find information on a product or to check out. Some staff are polite but most of them in this store are rude. I go to petco because the points are worth it but tread going to this store but its the only one close to me.
They have everything that I need for my little fur baby. The prices are great and so is the service!
Good pet Supply chain stores. Don't bother trying to use a coupon . They never seem to work. The employees really try though.
