My family and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Best Western. The hotel was very nice and clean. Our King suite was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Kudos to the staff for their friendly and helpful demeanors. Tammy and Shawn were very delightful at breakfast. They both worked very hard to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. They were also very pleasurable and friendly. We also had great experiences with Darren and Donna at the front desk. Darren went out of his way to assist me with a wardrobe malfunction and saved the day! Ms. Donna was very sweet and friendly. She made our check-out very easy. Major Kudos to all the staff!
My only negative is that I wish the rooms were not carpeted. That's really pet-peevy, but I would feel like it was cleaner if the floors could be truly sanitized in that kind of way. (I work as a nurse so being able to completely sanitize the floors is a huge plus for me). However, the room was extremely clean, well put together, and comfortable. Plus, the hotel felt very safe during my stay. Hats off to the amazing staff!! I have not been to a place with nicer staff than this hotel. You truly have some of the best in the business at your facility! Also, the bed was so comfortable!!! normally I have trouble sleeping in hotels, but this was super lovely! I highly recommend this place if you are ever in this area!
By far the comfiest beds around. I stayed here for a month and my room was super clean . Staff was super nice . And I slept so good here. I wish all the best western were as comfortable as this one was .
Very pleasant stay as usual. Location is near a lot convenience stores and restaurants. There's a pool, fitness center, business center (with 2 computers) and they also have king suites with Jacuzzi tubs. Clean linens and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. We received a free bagged lunch (bottled water, apple, and Nature's Valley Granola Bar) after checkout which was a cute surprise. They also offer made to order omelettes and waffles for breakfast.
The bathroom sink wouldn't drain well. The pool desperately needed a cleaning. There was green all around the edge. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. On the plus side all the people were very nice and helpful and gave us prompt attention. And the breakfast was fine.
