Dropped off two coats to be dry cleaned on a Monday. Explained I needed them no later than Thursday morning. Arrived around 1pm Thursday afternoon and they were not even in the store. Was asked if I could kill an hour and a half since I did have a 40 min drive to get home. I picked both coats up around 2:30 pm and didn't check them, I was in a hurry to catch a plane out of RDU. The only stain I asked to be cleaned was still there, both coats were wrinkled, and they neither seemed to even be cleaned. I got the stain out with a few drops of water, a few drops of liquid laundry soap, and a wet wash cloth. I will not return.
