Half of the washers and dryers are ALWAYS broke. You end up wasting money and/or detergent There's NEVER anyone there to assist you, and it's rarely opened on time in the mornings. You can mail in for a refund that you can get weeks later, but that's a big hassle for a couple bucks. I really just want to be able to wash and dry my clothes. Today, after about 3yrs of weekly patronage, I'm happy to say that this will be my last visit to your laundromat in Rustburg, VA.
