Fine stolen quality goods.... I mean second hand goods..
Ripped me off. I bought a lawnmower that started fine at the store. Once we got to try to mow the yard with it, we were barely into it when it stopped and was leaking oil everywhere. When I put new oil it in, it leaked out immediately. The mower was apparently fixed just enough to start at the store. The engine was cracked. I took it back and they wouldn't give me anything, not any money back or another mower. Even if the original owner is responsible for the fraud, Riverside Pawn could at least return the profit they made off of selling it to me. Instead, they kept the profit from the fraud.
The best pawn shop anywhere they are so nice and will most of the time give you what you want unlike other pawn shops in Danville that try to take advantage of people and rip them off.Thank you so much Dennis for being so nice

Purchased an air conditioner from them, was not offered nor informed of an extended warranty and then hung up on. when I tried to explain this to the manager.
