I usually have trouble walking on hard flooring such as malls usually have. The Danville Mall is fully carpeted so for me it was a much more pleasant experience with walking , and it feels very spacious. The stores that are in the mall were well-stocked and people working in the stores were truly helpful with purchases. The food court has a wonderful Italian restaurant which I loved huge sandwiches served with a side of pasta salad. Overall for me it was a great experience and I will go back.

My experience at Belk was great! I went with my elderly Mother and there was a place for her to sit. The customer service was excellent!!!
Love the stores in the mall and it's large open layout...but...and this is HUGE for anyone with mobility issues...no benches or chairs to rest on while walking through the mall. I tried shopping around the mall once and need to rest between stores and their was nothing to sit on unless you go all the way through the food court. (Food court has great selection, btw). So I don't go through the mall anymore, I just park at the store I have to go to and leave. Very disappointing, especially since it is such a simple problem to solve. Just put a few benches around!
The food court was very sparse and disappointing.
Is not ur average mall is has your main stores but must of the first floor is close must stores are on the 2nd floor is very empty must of the time, but still find some good sales from time to time
