But what was very bad was the condition of the bathroom s. The women's was gross and the doors to stalls won't close. The men's had no working urinals and the one toliet that worked had 4 doctors waiting in line. My husband was waiting also and not 1 of them flushed or washed their hands. Unexcusable just nasty
Took my granddaughter there today. Her nurse and doctor were very nice and made accommodation s for her she's 9 months old. However she was put in room 9 with a man who was coughing bad. She had a high fever already but the admission lady finally got a mask for them both.
They charge astronomical prices for substandard service, and instead of forms to fill out for financial assistance , why can't the registration assistant fill those forms out. I was homeless for two years, the person that hit me was supposed to pay the bill and now it's on my credit.
Very satisfied with emergency services provided by the staff in the ER. It was during a time when our local hospital was full, so they had to divert the ambulance carrying my dad to Danville Regional a.k.a. Sovah Health- Danville. The staff and nurses on the Orthopedic floor were all fantastic to my dad. Everyone was caring and compassionate, and provided excellence in nursing care during his surgery and week long admission.
Worst hospital that I have ever went to my whole life. Went there because I had gout in my ankle was told that it was impossible to have it in my ankle when any moron knows that you can get gout in any joint related to your legs. Instead, when they took my blood pressure, which was high, they hooked me up to all these heart monitors. Upon my release they gave me a script for high blood pressure. Which I didn't need. When I had my blood pressure checked manually it was 110/76. Them got a huge bill for services that I didn't even need. Seriously? I would recommend to anyone to even bring their pet here. Bunch of quacks
THE ER WAIT TIME SUCKS!! If I were bleeding out i’d rather take a 30 minute drive else where. Not to mention one of their former Doctor’s killed my great grandmother. He did her surgery completely wrong.
