Delivery fee of $70 is steep and was told no problem for a morning delivery and that I would be called the day before to setup an exact time and was never called. Called Badcock the day of delivery and was told they are coming between 1-4. Spoke to the manager and her attitude was well too bad. Will not purchase from here again.
I will never shop here again. I bought a sectional leather sofa recliner 18 months ago there and am still paying for it. My middle recliner has broken four times and been replaced three. The end recliner has now broken in the same week. The seams have split open in two locations on the sofa, and the batting falls out of the bottom of the recliners every time you lie back. It's the biggest disappointment I have ever spent money on. All they sell is JUNK!!!!
