I live in another state and order flowers several times a year for my mom from Motley ' s because they deliver- to NC!! Living in the country, no other florists would deliver to her home. What kind of surprise is it if you have to pick it up yourself? They have my vote for that and also for the quality of the arrangements. My mom has always been very pleased!
Buyer beware! I do not live locally anymore but my family is still in town. I decided to send flowers to my mom for mothers day and decided to try and swing the business to a local florist. Ordered direct from their website ( beautiful azalia in a silver bucket) and receved a call later that they had every plant other than an azalia. They offered to swap it with a hydrangea and I said that was fine. Well i spoke to my mom, she loved the plant...but there was no silver bucket. I called to inquire and was told that they were sorry they didnt mention it but that they have not had those silver buckets for a "long time", and that the value of the hydrangea all by itself was more than what i had ordered...which i have a very serious problem with. Just be advised that what you see is likely NOT what you will get/pay for...

We ordered flowers for a client of ours, but they were delivered to our work place instead. After speaking with Motley Florist about the mistake, the lady sincerely apologized, credited back our account, and made sure the flowers were delivered same day to the correct address. We are very happy with how this was handled and think they went above and beyond to satisfy us as a customer. The flowers were beautiful!
