Didn't even bother to ask them to fix as my butt was too sore from sitting on the hard seat for over an hour, and just couldn't be asked to wait another hour for them to fully cook the steak the way I asked.
Food is good, but takes a while. Got my salad (lettuce, cheese, bacon bits, and grilled chicken) AFTER my family got done with their grilled chicken sandwich, chili cheeseburger, chicken tenders, and boneless chicken wings! They were completely finished eating! Then, when we complained, the waitress said the kitchen was backed up, but the manager came over and said the waitress forgot to put my order in and that he would be sure and let her know that honesty was the best policy. Needless to say, salad was free. Again, food good, but the service keeps me from wanting to go back.
Enjoyed a bowl of nachos on National Nachos Day. These were good, arrived fairly quickly by an attentive server. An interesting seventies vibe with the music selection.
My party was seated near the patio, and during our meal, people began heavily smoking out there. The walls were plastic, so the smoke couldn't escape. Every time the door was opened, which was frequently, the smoke came into our dining room. We had two elderly people and a pregnant lady with us. Also, 5 of our party have personal and religious objections to smoking. 4 of our party had to leave the room as the smoke was making us physically ill. We were not warned that we would be subjected to second hand smoke. I can't believe this is allowed pretty much inside the building. We also waited an extremely long time after eating for our checks, and then for our change and receipts to come back, all the while trying to endure the worsening smoke. We also couldn't find our staff member when we needed refills on water, and we requested extra sauce which didn't come. The one star is for the food which was fine.
Was seated really quickly, as soon as we came in the door. First time here so took some time with the menu, waitress was pretty scarce anyway. Finally ordered the sirlon steak, well done, subbed the broccoli for the tater, waited over an hour for that to arrive, and when I got it there was 5 pieces of broccoli and a rare steak.
Ate there for my first and last a couple weeks ago. We were told there was no wait. We were told they were cleaning a table so we could sit down. 15-20 minutes later we were seated. It was around 7pm when we arrived. We were seated next to an area that stayed busy with employees eating and hanging out. Our waitress would take a bite and come ask us if we needed anything. She was eating with her fingers and then wanted to touch stuff of ours, no! I saw minimum of 8 employees eating during our entire dinning experience. We were there around 1 hour. When we left our entire section was empty. Employees eating and still hanging out and as we walked out the door the waiting area was slam full of customers waiting to be seated. I have never seen anything like that.
Not impressed with the service or the food.
